At Duda.co; I was the founding sales leader as Duda was sunsetting its obsolete GTM solution as revenues were declining and built a high-velocity inbound sales team working closely with Product and Demand Gen; and several pod-based vertically integrated account-based mid-market and small enterprise teams organized around our ICPs to grow revenue from $4.2M - $44M ARR. I hired and managed a team of 25 ICs; first line and second line managers of SDRs; AEs; Managers and Directors as well as Product Marketing and co-managed SEs. I represented sales to raise a VC-backed B-round of $25M and a growth equity round of $50M; boosting our valuation from $45M to $410M and had a secondary sale exit.
I began at Sourcery as employee number 5 as we were exiting Y-combinator 2013 and exiting at $500k ARR. I developed our GTM strategy; validated our solution and raised a Series A of $5M; hired a team and grew revenue to $7.1M in 2.5 years. We had a PE exit while I developed the GTM strategy and market validation for another spinout startup called Cheetah Technologies; which has since raised $128M and in which I am an investor.
