NoFraud - as the interim VP of RevOps for 11 months we erased years of technical debt in SFDC, rebuilt all reporting and dashboards for insight into top of funnel health, implemented Salesloft, moved a 25 person team from Zendesk to ServiceCloud, built out a marketing ops function, realigned the HubSpot and Salesforce integration, built a homegrown RevOps Ticketing system in SFDC, increased MQL to SQL conversion by 5%, increased MQL volume by 95%, increased pipeline by 126%.

Vehlo - 6 months leading a 6 person consulting team to augment the current RevOps team prior to a new CRO coming onboard. Vehlo is a $200M PE backed company that was made up of 15 acquired companies via a holdco structure. Architected the rebuild of a revenue contribution model for marketing budget allocation and channel contribution across all 15 product lines for FY24. Quota Attainment increased by 3%, Dealership business unit win rate increase by 6%, implemented a rep compensation tool to save 40 hrs. a month for a director of RevOps, rebuilt the operating rhythm across a 60+ person GTM team reducing monthly meetings from 65 to 25 meetings. Re-architecture of GTM operating metrics, saw pipeline coverage increase by 4% in first quarter of usage.
