I built a new sales team for a client in Charlotte. We added 4 inside sales representatives and 2 national accounts managers. Part of this was creating a repeatable sales process, improving the CRM, pipeline tools, updating the value proposition and establishing a new ICP. The business grew 30% with the new team and structure and is thriving with new national accounts.

Joined on with a client that had very little process, metrics, coaching and direction. Implemented a CRM, forecasting tool, established a culture of helping each other - defined a target list for leads and also improved retention. Sales improved $2m in year one - new customers up 30%, less customer churn and established a new enterprise team that brought in over $1m in 12 mo.
